(2) Solicit, interfere with endeavour to or actually entice away from the Company or any Company within Liberty Mutual Group or its joint venture companies business orders, or customers for the products or services similar to those being provided by the Company from any person, firm or corporation who was at the date of termination of your employment with the Company, or had been at any time within the year ending on that date, a customer or in the habit of doing business with the Company and with whom that you were directly involved with in the twelve months before the termination of your employment with the Company.

You will acknowledge and agree that the duration extent and application of each of the restrictions are no greater than is necessary for the reasonable protection of the proper interests of the Company."

People can recognize the good not only through television channels but they also catch its information from multifarious means of communication. This is an obvious evidence of what advertising industry has contributed for global trade. As a result, many advantageous commodities have had the high sales, even the highest ones which have never been seen in their business history.

People can not deny the enormous devotion of advertising for the development of national economy and global commerce. As some experienced economic experts, advertising is considered as a significant part in commodity life cycle. A good can not be acknowledged as a high quality ones and having several functions if it isn’t announced widespread to everybody through advertising. Moreover, in almost companies, marketing department, especially advertising, is permanently believed as the strongest link of chain. The reality has illustrated that not just international corporations but also plenty of local companies have been utilized advertising as their golden key to success. In conclusion, the development of advertising industry has marked an important point in global trade history. And in order to have the big sales, in my opinion, I think people should concern about the target market of good and how to use advertising as the most beneficial method in business
